Rice Parsons Leoni & Elliott LLP is investigating mass tort actions relating to adverse events arising from e-cigarettes containing either nicotine or cannabis products.
Concerns that have been reported with respect to e-cigarettes include respiratory illness and lung collapse, stroke and other cardiovascular issues, addiction, poisoning, and burns caused by exploding batteries.
We are pursuing a mass tort action — pooling individual cases to seek compensation for injury or a refund of the purchase price on behalf of those affected.
You may qualify if you are a person who has purchased or used e-cigarettes and developed any adverse health effect, or a parent or guardian of a minor who has been affected. If you or your child have been affected by e-cigarettes, we would like to hear from you.
