Our History
In 2026, Rice Harbut Elliott LLP and Parsons Corrin LLP merged to form the law firm Rice Parsons Leoni & Elliott LLP. The merger consolidates the reputations and courtroom experience of two of the province’s most formidable firms in the areas of class actions, personal injury, medical and dental malpractice, wrongful denial of insurance, and USA cross-border personal injury. We are committed to exceptional, assertive and ethical advocacy for our clients and their families and look forward to continuing our lifework of leveling the playing field between individuals against corporations, insurance, companies, and government – together.

Our Team
