Our History
In 2026, the firms Rice Harbut Elliott LLP and Parsons Corrin LLP joined forces to form the firm of Rice Parsons Leoni & Elliott LLP. This merger consolidates the shared reputations as two of the province’s most formidable personal injury, class action, and insurance litigation firms, and renews our joint commitment to exceptional, assertive, and ethical advocacy at the highest level. RPLE’s lawyers have collectively conducted more than 500 trials, appeals, and class action certification hearings at all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada. We look forward to continuing our lifelong work of leveling the playing field for individuals against corporations, insurance companies, and government—together.
