Did you go on the “Radiance of the Seas” 7-day Alaska experience cruise leaving from Vancouver, B.C., on September 20, 2024 and suffer from nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramping or other flu-like symptoms? If so, your legal rights may be impacted.

Rice Harbut Elliott LLP is investigating reports of a serious gastrointestinal illness outbreak among passengers on the Radiance of the Seas 7-day Alaska cruise departing from Vancouver, B.C., on September 20, 2024.

If you experienced any of these symptoms after boarding the cruise and required medical attention, hospitalization, or time off work or school, you may be entitled to compensation.
