Rice Harbut Elliott is pleased to act on behalf of the Saini family with regard to the wrongful death of their infant son, Macallan.

The lawsuit seeks compensation for nervous shock for Ms. Sheppard and a Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms damages claim on behalf of Baby Mac against provincial authorities for breach of his section 7 rights to life and security of person.

None of the allegations have been proven in Court. RHE has no further comments pending the litigation of the claim.
