Guy is a lawyer at Rice Parsons Leoni & Elliott LLP.  Guy was called to the Bar of British Columbia 1987. Over his 39-year career, he has acted for individuals against insurance companies and other powerful entities such as the Canadian Medical Protection Association (CMPA) and several governmental institutions. Guy has pursued justice for his clients individually, through mass tort litigation and class actions. He has acted in many precedent setting decisions including  in personal injury, insurance claims, bad faith insurance adjusting, privacy breaches and class actions.
